The restaurant is based on the memories when Manuel Reichenbach's parents led Casa Tödi. Her grandmother, who has still cooked here, often appears in his stories. In this way, authentic local and simple dishes were served, which were served in a small room in a family atmosphere. Manuel Reichenbach carries this tradition further and ported it to the present time. With respect for the local culture new influences are subtly integrated. The cooking style is strong and daring.
